Please could someone help ?

I have purchased the above tredmill, does anyone know if the distance is measured in kilometres on the dashboard? also their is a circuit on the top and when the red lights go all the way round would that indicate a olympic track (ie 400 meters)

cant help with first bit.

But

the "loop" on a treadmill display is pretty much always 400m

(1/4 mile)
