Where can I get a map at a scale of 1;2500 on the internet to download for free. I need one to submit details to the environment agency?

You usually can't download Location Plans at that scale.
You can purchase them from the Planning Department of your Council............or pop to your local library and they may have what you want ?

May I ask what it is for ?

Have you thought of Googlemaps? I don't know what scale they are at though?

You can't usually get OS maps online for free. For a reliable paid-for service, the planning portal website has links to approved suppliers who will create them online straight away in some cases.
