i have a cordless phone with base and a 2nd phone upstairs. i am wanting to use two more, can i buy 2 more that will work through the same line and setup?

not sure. You would need to have the handsets matched to the frequency of the base.

The answer is.... if it's a GAP DECT phone then yes. but as it's anybodies guess what phone you have it's impossible to answer.

They will need to sync wirelessly with main base unit.
When you buy multi phone sets they are set up to do that.

I'd check with manufacturer or reliable retailer.

all i know is we got it from pc world. not at home at mo so cant see which type it is. i know it doesnt have an answerphone which i love!

Your system will have come with a user manual. The manual will tell you how to set up the base station and extensions. It will also say how many extensions you can have.
