How Long Does I Take To Download

Skype. I'm downloading Skype from Softonic. It's been going on for nearly an hour. Is this normal?

As it would be entirely dependent on your internet speed there is no answer to this, it would be different for everyone. but as it's only a 20MB file 1 hour does seem a long time.

Though I can't see why you wouldn't download skype from skype

i thought that - can't you just download it from skype?

I've tried and tried but it just won't work. When I did it from Skype, the "signing on" page just went round and round but never signed me on. I thought that by downloading it from another source might work.

Try it later ... I had same problem a month ago .. kept restarting itself.
When I tried in late evening .. 2 minutes.
