Uuurgh im so mad! I have 100% feedback....looks like it will be less now. Its in a dispute with paypal.

I sold a £70 dress for £24! worn once cos zip didnt work when on. Zip worked fine when off so assuming its a little small....Buyer is saying length has been altered which it hasnt! And one embellishment was loose but not missing which i told her via email. Is it just me???????

Personally I would just get them to return the dress and give them a full refund (sorry if anyone else has posted this) then add them to your blocked bidders.

The ebay resolution centre will take no notice whatsoever and sellers haven't been able to leave negative feedback for 2 years at least
Feedback is only shown over the last 12 months so mine is now back to 100% but I also had an issue with someone a few years back.
I bought a pc game but the game wouldnt work on my pc as my series of graphics card wasn't supported but this wasn't listed in the auction.
Also he was very slow to send the item and claimed payment hadn't been received which he later admitted was his fault.
Everything was in writing and he then had the cheek to start the dispute. I received zero back up from Ebay and to this day it still irks me. Shortly after this dispute he ceased trading on Ebay.
my guess is she's already worn it somewhere so can't return it and is just trying to get some money out of you... bet it appears in one of her ads soon.
Go through the resolution centre dispute. She will probably get the option of returning the goods and you will have to give a full refund. If that happens there is a case for removing any neg feedback via customer support, I've done it but from a non payer. If you end up with neg reply with Item description accurate, check my other feedback. or such like.
Best of luck, a lot of people buy clothes then change their mind when they arrive and then make excuses for refund
