tv, with freeview box ?

tv with freeview box in the bedroom, i was changing channels last night, got stuck on " renault" channel, never seen it before. now unable to access any other channels. any suggestions . TIA

unplug it and then plug back in

Can't help - but think this is God's way of telling you that you should never have a TV in the bedroom!

Try and retune, should be somewhere on the menu.

When you unplug, leave it for 10 minutes before plugging in again. There are a few set-top boxes that will retain information for a few minutes after the power is removed.
