LOST VOICE (JANE) ON OUR TOM TOM SAT NAV

Hi- we have somehow lost the voice on our Sat Nav (Tom Tom) which was Jane. can anyone please tell us in simple terms (we are OAPS and not technologically minded!) how to load it back on?

You may have just disabled it, i managed it by accident one day..its in there in settings somewhere
