Hey i need to no the meaning of the BSI Safety Mark, and cant find it anywhere, need like a quick few line meaning, thanks x

The BSI mark simply shows that the item meets with the BSI's approved standards. As to the meaning, the item will have a BS number on it, e.g BS4870. This will refer to the type of standard applied. In the case of BS4870, for example, we're now into Part 4 (superceding Parts 1, 2, and 3) of ''Specification for approval testing of welding procedures''. Look on your mains plugs and sockets and you'll see BS1363 - and that's what you'd have to look up to find out what the standards for thjose items are. Hope this helps.
