Morning bankers,

I am thinking of getting a new, updated mobile on payg. I've had my original SIM forever. Am I able to (again) to just put my old SIM in my new phone? Or do I do someting else to keep my number & everything else? (I'm on Orange if that makes any difference?).

Thanks & have a good day...

Some phones are "locked" to a particulur supplier.

But if the phone is not locked you should be able to put an old sim in it.
Unless you get a new iPhone which takes a micro SIM:

you can just use any sim card and transfer your number to it
I have a PAYG mobile with Vodaphone. When I wanted a new phone I just went into the Vodaphone shop and bought a phone and popped my SIM from my old phone into my new one. Easy as that.
