Got a glow burner. Is there an easy way to work with this thing?

I'm not really sure what you are asking here Marge. Its ages since I used one, but I think all you have to do is fill the tank, attach the battery to the glow plug (with the clip) and either use the recoil spring to start it (if one is fitted) or flick it over with your finger, then remove the electric clip. I think there are a couple of adjustment screws, but can't remember what they do. It should all be in the instructions (if you have them), otherwise pop down to your local model shop.

thanks mate, you're bang on. One screw controls the flow rate from the tank to the engine. The unit I have is spring assisted. It's just bl**dy hard to get it to work...I think I must be setting the rate wrongly, maybe fuel is too lean...will keep tryhing and let u know. Cheers.

It's very hard to get to work. Maybe the air is too cold.
