Not sure what category this query should be under so this is the nearest...

I need to know how to download my phone book from my xperia mini pro mobile so I can use the bluetooth in the car.It tells me it is loading but can't complete what is needed.Orange are unable to help and car dealer baffled so anyone who can advise me step by step would be great.any help appreciated.I have checked the web sites for this mobile and orange.
