Reporting something on AB

A few weeks ago I wanted to report something.I clicked on the reason for the report and filled in the letters in the box.Then when I tried to carry on,it said 'you need to define a custom text' What does that mean? I gave up because I didn't understand what I was supposed to do!

I just put a . in the comment box.

Yes, you need to make sure the comments box is non-blank

"see above" would probably do, once you've ticked one of the boxes.

I usually just type the word 'ad' or something equally short

tut, sometimes I just put blobfish on them and that gets them deleted pretty darn quick.

there was someone doing something similar a week or so ago, boxtops, also only wanting nice people to reply. It seems to take him about 15-20 minutes to fire up a new identity and try again, so be on your guard!
