DVD Disc Wobble any ideas please

Hi I always use the same machine for my DVD's that I record ,sometimes I put a disc in press play and there is a loud vibrating noise just as if the DVD-R is out of control ,on occasions I lift the machine up off the surface it is on as the sound is so noisy. All the DVD's are from the same batch also they are all new .

Any ideas please, as always I am very grateful for any help .
