has anybody else had issues with the brushhead NOT working, I have seen all the things about Main & reset switch - having it reclined before use,
seems to be a common problem judging by the ones for sale on an particular auction site,
you pay lots of money for this brand surely it should work for a long long time, even though you supposed to get a 5 year guarantee
(mother in laws) not mine,
Its not the belt & it has been sprayed with WD 40 as recommended.
I personally would not own 1.
new brushhead assembly £85 - yeah right. get a new vac for that sort of price.

I just phoned them when ours failed, and told them about the problem.
They asked if I could fit it myself, and sent one out next day. It's only a 30 second job to replace it.
