CANNON GAS COOKER
14 Answers
Our Cannon gas cooker oven door recently exploded! When I rang the manufacturer After Sales number to order a whole new door, I was told that this wasn't available - I would have to order 22 units and make it up myself! I've tried ringing customer service but, after going through the automated system, all I put through to is the engaged signal. I have sent another email. Just wondered if anyone else has had this problem and whether they managed to solve it?!

Sounded as if someone was breaking into the kitchen. Good job no-one was standing in front of it. Having had this, we thought it best to start off with a complete new door but it sounds as if I can't do this.
Had exactly the same thing on a cannon cooker. With ours it was the top oven glass that shattered while we out. No reason for it as it hadn't been used for about 8 hours. Anyway I searched online for cooker parts and found a place and fitted it myself. (It was only a slide in mounting) and good as new now. It wasn't cheap though, around £80 if I remember.
