Hi. We have the above washing machine. Yesterday we put a wash on and inadvertently left a bib jamming the door. When the cycle finished and we opened the door the rubber seal had come away at the bottom( easily put back on,even for me). Our problem is there is a plastic ring that is also where it should not be and, being thick, I can't figure where it goes-have tried but it seems it's either too big or too small to hold anything :(. Any help greatfully received.
