Contact ebay resolution centre, they should sort it out. There is a link within your ebay account.

What can they do?
They will contact the seller on your behalf, more importantly for you, ultimately they can refund you.

I'll get on to them now, thanks.

My ebay,
At the top, Customer Support, Resolution Centre, one of the options then is "I haven't received it yet." follow it from there. Good Luck!

I have been in touch with ebay's resolution centre, should I also get in touch with PP?
I think ebay will do all that now you have contacted them, keep checking your messages just in case they need any more info.

Thanks MASSI961, will do!
Question Author
Ebay got back to me but there was "No reply" on their email.
I would get in touch with PayPal too. Not sure if it's still the case, but there used to be a 30 day deadline. I would get in touch with your credit card company too, if you used that.

Has your seller offered proof of posting ?

Ebay will stay on the case if you have contacted the resolution centre, they will arrange for a refund for you if it's not resolved within a few days (at least that what they've done for me). You can find the seller's phone number by looking up the contact seller/find seller facility. Don't let it drop - but do bear in mind the Christmas post.
In my experience Ebay are less than helpful. I've used them once when I was clearly in the right and they just pushed for the easiest resolution for them.
Well - not my experience. I have found them helpful in obtaining refunds on more than one occasion.

I received my order today and I contacted the seller to let them know. Should I also contact Ebay and PP and let them know?
You need to go into the resolution centre on eBay and close the dispute, yes.
