Bt Converse 2100 Prob
12 Answers
Hello - I hope someone on AB can assist?
I have a newly purchased BT converse 2100 but the ringer only rings once before stopping. We have no 1571 / answer machine so I'm not sure why it does this. I have looked in the manual but cant see a solution.
Any ideas?
Thanks

It should have a REN number and should say in the instruction book if there is a limit as to how many phones can ring. Other than something like that being the problem I would say it must be faulty.
Hi,
if you have a mobile phone, unplug the converse from the socket, then ring your own number. if it rings out o.k then i would think its the converse, but if you have any other sockets in the house that have anything plugged into them, such as a sky box or even you hub, you should un plug them all, including filters, then ring your own number again.
just to make sure.
