Telephone Dilemma!

Don't know where to start...I have a telepnone pole less than 6ft from my front gate... but have always in 17 years of living here had probs.....been most with BT who have investigated in the past, but after a couple of 'free' visits'.. either refuse to come out, or say it's my equip (altho top of range) and charge £99..SO NOW DON'T PHONE TO COMPLAIN AS IT WILL COST ME £99!....sure a lot of custs r in same position. I'm now with Plusnet..(I know..a subs of BT).. and the prob conts.... WHO THE HELL DOES THIS POLE BELONG TO.....each co say...'ooh it's them...ooh it's not us because...' WHO THE BLOODY HELL OWNS THIS POLE WHICH HAS BEEN PROVED BY VARIOUS CO'S TO BE AT FAULT?..... PLEASE PLEASE HELP tia Paddy

Get a solicitor to check your house deeds, it's unlikely that the pole is yours !!
If it is on your property, it shouldn't be.
Is there an identification plate on the pole? It's cryptic but should give the height and the owner and some other stuff.
