i am going away on holiday in 3 weeks and i am wondering if anyone has  the lose 10lbs in 2 day diet i dont normally do crash diets but i am really in need of this  many thanks....

This has been asked recently, other than amputation you cannot lose 10lb of fat in 2 days, probably not in 2 weeks. if you end up 10lb lighter it will be mostly water that you have lost, as I said here, there are no quick fixes.
