Thankyou hypnogsis for your help so far although I cannot quite get to the menu you advise. I have discovered by looking at one menu that my inputs 1 and 2 signal strength and quality appear to be poor, the bar indicators on all four are well over to the right( indicating poor signal strength and quality?) Can you or anyone else tell me whats happening and if I can sort it without paying SKY's £65?

Has your dish moved? Our bracket rusted through once meaning the dish dropped.

I think you will find that the further to the right the bar indicator is the stronger the signal, the most important is signal quality over signal strength.
