You then have solicitors fees to do all the conveyancing, dealing with the purchaser/sellers solicitor. When buying you will have costs for searches, surveys etc.

Well property for sale is probably worth about £220,000 at a guess, and I'm looking to downsize, small garden, two bedrooms etc. Also so I can free up some money (no dont have a mortgage). But is it going to be worth doing if it costs loads of money to actually move, thats what I need to work out.
Probably looking at spending about £150,000 on next property. Any ideas?

just a heads up for this question, the cost will base on how far are you moving and also the location. The furnitures that you will move its how heavy and how many of them. I think the price of the house is not relevant in moving, because you're asking about the cost of moving only. If you want a reference or quote on how much the moving is, you can visit http:// www.sus sexremo vals.co m/remov al-comp anies.h tml i have a great experience with them in terms of their service and costing. hope this will help for future reference.
