recently read that posh has just discovered these, although I have had mine ages, I don't use them loads but can vaguely remember original packet saying that you can use each bag for approx. 50 times, so my question is, how do you know (if you've lost count) when they have worn out, do they just use their toasting ability or just fall apart, stupid question really but I am just curious, thanx

They get really manky after a lot of use. You will know when it's time to throw them away. My son uses them and he says that they gradually go darker and darker with use and end up almost black when they are ready for the bin!
