if you don't want bars as B00 suggests, a piece of string or elastic will do the job but less elegantly

thanks, have little space, and the back of the larder door has hooks for all the sundry items that i don't have space for like ladles, whisks, etc.
its a little kitchen and not enough space to swing the proverbial cat. will look into the other one, only thing is it would have to fit on top of the washing machine which is where they sit in a food tray so get whizzed about when the machine is on...
Mine are hung up in a peg bag.....
Question Author
i did have them stacked precariously in plate racks but they sort of fell out....
why do saucepan's not have hole's in the top any more to let the steam out
Question Author
some of mine do have the holes in them to let steam out, they are the newer saucepans,...
Shove them in the loaf tin that is rattling around the kitchen cupboard.
Question Author
no loaf tin, and i had a look at the ones linked and the customers reviews were less than complimentary, many saying that the lids don't fit the stacker, mine are glass so they have to be some place safe...
You would have to go some to break the glass, Emmie - they are pretty tough.
Question Author
they probably are, but some of the lids are rather large, it's why they don't fit plate stackers, i will look around the shops at some point and see if i can find something appropriate
you could get some large chain and take apart and put one loop over the handle - or through the hole and another loop through that to hang it up - if it wont fit through the loop then add a few links of a smaller chain - it can stay on when cooking and washing etc.
if your handles are plastic, you could add those metal triangle shaped loops, by drilling 2 shallow holes either side of the knob and then bend the ends into it.
