Help Me With Homework Please...

My daughter has brought home some homework, which i have no clue as to how to work out.

It tells us to write in words the value of the underlined digit...so

1. 1.3 (3 is underlined)
2. 3.5 (3 is underlined)
3. 23.1 (1 is underlined)
4. 10.2 (2 is underlined)
5. 16.2 (6 is underlined)
6. 0.9 (9 is underlined)
7. 103.41 (4 is underlined)
8. 271.6 (7 is underlined)

So if i can get to know how this works and how i work it out, that would be a great help. thank you dears.

In the context of the question I think two tenths is perfectly adequate since the homework is checking understanding/knowledge of place value. This homework could easily be a primary school exercise and I doubt students at this level would be expected to simplify the fraction.

However I do wonder whether a better answer for Q8 would be seventy rather than seven tens

What do you mean "it tells US"? It surely tells your daughter, not you.
How on earth can the school assess your daughter's progress if her homework is done, not just by a parent, but by a number of Abers?

You are doing her no favours in the long run.

Chakka....I know I was naughty, but she always does her own homework with some assistance from me. I am so grateful to my darling abers that helped. I don't look stupid in front of the teachers now lol

Although being given the correct answers will get your daughter 8/8 it would benefit her far more if she actually understood why they were correct or she won't be able to do it herself in the future. Perhaps she should ask her teacher.
