I have been having problems with my Motorola 635i battery, it seems to only hold a charge for about 24hrs, I have tried another battery from my old model which was never a problem, but it's still the same.  Someone told me that I should recharge for about 16hrs from flat, is this so?  Thanks in advance.

It wouldn't hurt it to recharge for 16 hours from flat. How old is the phone though? I've had this problem when phones have been around 3 years old, usually time to get a new phone!

I've only had the phone for about 3 mths, brand new!

Have you got a guarantee? If you have, take it back. It sounds like you may have a duff battery

sorry, just re read post, it sounds like the problem is with the phone, definitely take it back under guarantee!
