you'll have to upload it to tinypic or some such image hosting site (you may need to make it a jpeg file first)

(Click 'Browse'. Navigate to the location of your file and double-click on it. Click 'Upload Now'. Complete the 'captcha' security check).

When your image appears, click on the last of the 4 links to highlight it. Right-click and select 'Copy'. Come to an AB post, right-click & select 'Paste'
