I have one of those letters telling me that I have to contact the customer care team to have my DD subscription transferred somehow. Anyway I can't get through, has anyone managed to do this? Can it be done online somewhere? I've tried a couple of times but they have the most annoying music playing and that robot bloke telling me how hard they are working to get to my call. Anyone know the average pick up time?

I phoned them once, years ago, and had no problem.

Are you changing your bank account? I pay by DD and it has been set up and running for years and years and .....

no wolf, this seems to be an initiative by the lottery themselves I have no desire to change anything but they sent me a letter saying that I must contact them before 7th June or my DD will be cancelled and I will no longer be in the lottery. Anyone else play by DD??
Done D/D for years,never had a problem.
All I have had is an email saying that any changes I wish to make to my DD or the way I play won't be available for two months from 11th May.
If I don't want to make any changes I need do nothing.

the letter is titled "The way you play The national lottery is changing" doesn't look like a scam.
Try sending them an email asking if it's a genuine letter or a scam.
