Trouble With Television

I am having trouble with my television. Whilst watching it there is click and the sound disappears, the picture remains but with no sound. I am with virgin media and they replaced the box but this didn't solve the problem, now I have gone on to TiVo and it is still happening, any suggestions will be gratefully received.

Try watching freeview on your TV, instead of through the Virgin box.
If you've still the same problem, then the problem lies with your TV. If you get sound when watching through freeview, then the problem is with either the Virgin box, or the Virgin line.
