How Do You Open A Dulux Paint Tin?

The last time I needed to do it, it was just a question of patience and a screwdriver. However, the tin of matt emulsion (if they still call it that) I bought yesterday has a complicated-looking plastic top. How do I get in??

The lid has an overhang of about a quarter of an inch, turn this up all around the lid and it will lift off, to refit lid place it on top of tin and turn overhang back down.
