I am about to lease a small unit from which to work as an aromatherapist. There is no heating in the property, which will be a treatment room 12' x 9' and a small waiting room of about 8' x 10'. I wonder if there is any form of electric heating that will not be too expensive to run - there is no off peak at the property. Anyone got any ideas? Not sure what category to put this under.
I agree that oil-filled radiators would be a good option...get them with decent infinitely-variable thermostat for better output adjustment....and a timer so they are warming before you arrive.
Without an off-peak capability, no one type of electric heating will be cheaper than another.
