Think I post this here. My son has just got a new phone Samsung E570 with built in mp3 player and would like to know how he can transfer music from a compuet to it as the instuction book is very vague, it does have a usb socket but for headphones, but came with no external leads other than headphones plus no disc for computer.

According to Samsung the E570 you speak of doesn't exist.  Is it perhaps a Samsung E530 or maybe a Toshiba E570?

Should the phone have bluetooth the best thing to do is buy a bluetooth dongle that fits into the USB on your PC.

They're really cheap (around a 5er on ebay) and will transfer files back and forth.

Easy as.
