Stuck Digits

Some of the numbers are stuck on my home phone - you know the big old fashioned one - not mobile. I think I may have dropped some water in between the numbers. Anyway I can clean them. Thanks

just checked there - Power Tel 60 Plus - figure 1 and 7 jamming - just needs a little something - maybe a baby wipe LOL

jj, you could maybe try giving them a wipe where the numbers protrude through the phone body with a dab of silicone ( Mr Sheen or similar has silicon in it ) on a cotton bud.

Older telephones you used to be able to take the top off to look (or clean I suppose) inside. No obvious screws to try in the base ?

that's right OG - years ago I would have taken the top off - I don't think now as so much is welded. Methylated spirits absolutely cleans everything "electronic". I may try that as well. Ta all.
