In other words you are saying the pump that extracts water runs all the time.
Stating the blindingly obvious, the logic is not working. In the old days of rotary mechanical time controllers I use to get a meter on them to faultfind, but these microprocessor controlled gadgets are too tricky.
The pump is probably controlled by a triac that might have short-circuited, but it is probably located on the control board.
Going to require a technician to faultfind it, I fear.
