How do you get your usage figures? Do you read your meters yourself or do you rely on the figures from your energy company. If the latter, there may be estimated readings involved. I always read my meters myself once a year and work out my own figures, which are fairly consistent.
Question Author
They were the energy company figures. But anytime i checked myself they are 95% within the estimates.Besides - i have always been in debit at end of contract with suppliers but that issue doesn't really deal with the apparent anomaly of increase in one and decrease in the other
Have you changed your pattern of usage tali ? By this I mean have you eg been using gas instead of elect.for a specific thing, say putting on gas heating instead of elect. fire.?
Question Author
