Car Problem

I bought a 2013 plate car from a main dealership in april for cash. Its awful to drive. Ive had the engine checked they said it was within tolerance. I paid £8000 for it and they offered me £5000 for it if i want to sell it back to the dealership. When checking through the paperwork i've discovered that it was an ex hire car (AVIS) im very upset that i was never told this before buying it. I wouldn.t have bought it. Also discovered that i'm thinking i'm driving around in a 1.4 as it clearly states this on the paperwork and its actually a 1.2. Additional to this none of my paperwork has been signed by the dealership. I feel like ive been ripped off. Legally is there anything i can do?????? thanks in anticipation (i am female). this question has been posted in two topics
