Friend got made redundant on 31 st march.He did early conciliation with acas on 3rd april.On 3rd may they issued certificate
.We are aware of 3 months less one day but time in acas needs to be factored in .
His Advisor who got a bit confused has given a date -which seems to fit in but can anyone confirm his deadline date for tribunal (for unfair dismmissal) as i just want to compare with what advisor said
