Can't help, but sympathise. I got the same run around by the eBay pages on a couple of occasions, a number of years ago when I needed help and they were clearly making it either impossible or near impossible. The impression of them not wanting to help, nor caring, has remained with me to this day.

This may help...go to your home page, + along the top it says "hello fudge/Daily Deals/Sell/Help + Contact."
I'd try the Help + Contact on there.
