I've been asked to set up the billiard balls on a table - now not only can I not locate the triangle thingie to set them in plus, I assume there is a certain configuration anyway for the different colours - I don't know this. Please can anyone help me - thank you.
When you say billiard balls I assume you mean snooker balls.
Standing at the baulk end (where th "D" is), green on the left spot, yellow on the right, brown in the centre.
Blue in the middle of the table, then pink and black nearest the bottom cushion. The triangle of reds should just touch the pink ball.
Probably Sipowicz - told you I didn't know! However thank you for the link
bhg481 - sounds like someone who knows what they are talking about - many thanks.
emeritus - why didn't I think to just google it? silly me and thank you so much.
Thank you for all the replies - much appreciated.
Now just for my benefit as I'm curious, I have 15 red,2green.1 black, 1 orange, 1 brown and one lemony/white (?ivory) - what game would these be for providing no colours are missing - many, many thanks
Snooker plus, a variant with two additional colour balls (8pt orange and 10pt purple), allowing a maximum break of 210.[57][58] The variation was created by Joe Davis in 1959 and used at the 1959 News of the World Snooker Plus Tournament. It failed to gain popularity.
