We're crossing posts here. That website will convert a YouTube video to MP3 and allow you to download it to your computer. From there you can either copy the MP3 to a CD (if your CD player will play MP3 CDs) or you can create a "Music" CD, which will play on anything. If you have any commercial CDs, put one into your computer and "explore" it - you will see that it...

Yes, using this website:

Find your music on YouTube then cut and paste its URL into the above website.
That will get you an MP3 version of the music which you can copy to a CD.
I must have put the wrong link in - try this:

Third attempt - try convert2mp3.net

Thank you, bhg. I'll give that a go. Need to go and buy some blank CD's now.

Oh, I got the German version. Changed it now.

So, if I copy and paste a YouTube video it will just play as a piece of music on my CD player?
Remember Tilly, there are two sorts of CD players; those that will play MP3s as well as conventional CDs and those that will only play conventional CDs. It doesn't affect the type of disc that you buy but it does matter how you write the music to it.

Oh, 'eck. I have no idea what the capability of the CD player is. I'll have to make some enquiries.

Thank you.

Ok I get that now. Thank you so much for your help, Bhg.
This recent thread is about copying a Youtube video to a DVD but my response also answers your question:

(Simply select the MP3 option from the 'Download As' button and then use the 'Audio CD' option in Ashampoo Burning Studio Free)
