Mindful of the well-earned comments about looking up all media first before coming to this site, I am left with two clues to which there do not appear to be answers posted here and I have not found the right place on the internet.   Help please:

12A The h?u?s; films about a Virginia Woolf novel linking the author etc. etc.; and

52A Former name for the site of a NASA centre for spaceflight on the Atlantic coast of the US.

Thank you in advance for anyone's help.

The Hours.

Cape Canaveral.

I should perhaps have added Cape Kennedy to my second answer above. You see, the place was known as Cape Canaveral and then renamed Cape Kennedy and, in 1973, it was re-renamed Cape Canaveral! So, both Canaveral and Kennedy are, in a sense, 'former' names.

Thank you very much.

Canaveral had indeed sprung to mind .. altogether too many letters.  Kennedy is, of course, painfully obvious when one thinks about it.

Here's to next week.

You're probably referring to the Goddard Space Flight Center in suburban Maryland, just outside of Washington, D.C., which was established in 1959...

Sorry, don't have a clue about your first question, however...
