How do they work? I have only ever had plug in ones and don't understand how I will be able to listen to the cd player or the Bose system with wireless headphones.

Ah, if I'm completely honest, I have no idea about the Bose system being Bluetooth or not. I'm not really sure what Bluetooth is. :-(
Mr T just uses the Bose to play CD's, occasionally. He actually prefers to listen his CD player, as the speakers which are attached to that are just where he wants them. He's a bit compulsive about the speakers.
So, if I buy him some Bose headphones for Christmas, he will be able to plug a transmitter into his CD player and listen to Robert Plant through his new headphones. Is that correct?

We haven't established that the Bose system in Bluetooth enabled yet Tills. But I would go with Bose phones if it is. What is the model No of the Bose cd player and we can check for you. These are on offer at the moment or you can pay top dollar. Some come in at £200 and upwards.

Righto Tills with you now the Bose is hooked up to the TV for better sound but Mr T uses the cd player to play CDs. You therefor need a set of phones that have a base station. Just to confuse the issue further yo can get a bluetooth base station or converter for the cd and Bluetooth headphones. Then if the Bose is indeed Bluetooth as well the headphones would work with both.
