Copy Paper Document To Pc

I've got a paper document which I want to copy to my pc .
what I want to do is send it to people so they can fill in the sections on the document like name address that kind of thing and send it back .
the document I have has a good lay out and would be good to use .
I'm using widows 10 with Microsoft office 2016

You can scan it in and send them a scanned copy which they can print, write on and scan back; but unless they have the axtra options that allow them to convert it to a word document they won't be able to fill it in electronically. If you have the right software though you could convert it to a word doc which they could then fill in electronically.

The most succesful solution is to recreate it in word using tables. Anything else involves either additional software, or the recipiant having to print the document to complete manually.
