Sound Of My Voice

I don't like the recorded sound of my voice - it sounds different , recorded .

Why do i hear a difference - am i just imagining it , do you think ?

Do you think the same when you listen to your voice ?

Anyone like the sound of the voices they can hear in their head ?
I've got used to it since it broke. However on recordings its sounds to me like it did before it broke.

I wasn't referring to 'your own' voice .
Rather, the ones that keep telling you to run down the street naked , apart from your socks :-)
