Then it really doesn't matter what you do as long as you leave the bottom card in place. You can then take one, two or three cards (their choice), put those in the middle. Take the top card and trade with someone. Again, take one, two or three cards and place them in the middle. I usually then take the top card and put it on the bottom, trade the top card again. Then trade the bottom card (which now keeps the original bottom card in place). Finally take the top card, put it on the bottom, take the next card and throw it on the floor. Repeat this sequence until only one card remains, and it will match the card which was removed.
