Getting A Spanish Passport / Dual Nationality
I am a British passport holder born here, my dad was British my mum was Spanish. Both of my parents have since passed away, can I apply for a Spanish passport? If I can would I have to give up my British passport? Thanks for any any help you can give me.

Dual nationality classically is said only to carry extra duties and not extra privileges - altho here you will be wanting residence rights.
