00 Gauge 225 Intercity Power Coach

Hi My power coach is not running as it should and was wondering how I take it apart to clean or replace the power bogie. I have been told that you just need to press the four little catches (two on either side) and the chassis will pull out. It does not and now I have noticed a screw in the underside in the middle of the coach which I am reluctant to unscrew not knowing what it is for.

Hi TonyV, Yes it is a Hornby as stamped on the underside of the chassis.
