How To Deal With Disabled Tickets If Disabled Person Can't Go

hi, i bought tickets via ticketmaster for my daughter (7yo) and me to go to a concert in July 2020. primarily they are a present for her, as i would not go to this concert unless accompanying her. I got ambulant tickets as i have poor mobility. As part of ambulant tickets, you get one free for your carer (meaning i got her ticket free). She will be my carer on the day (she'll carry my stuff so i have my arms free for sticks and will most likely help me up and down any steps). It is a very popular concert, and the ticket sold out in minutes
Firstly, via ticketmaster, are children allowed to be carers? i didnt get a chance to get check out the t and c before i booked and cant find anything on the website
secondly, my health does vary. If when i comes to the date i dont have to mobility to get there, how do i go about dealing with the tickets - if i can't go i wont know (probably) till close to the time. Can someone else go in my place in the ambulant section? How would we go about paying the extra due?

Ticketmaster offer an option to insure tickets but I don't know if it can be taken out after you've got the tickets.
