Fridge/Freezer

My neighbours Freezer has stopped working, everything defrosted overnight. the fridge part however is ok. It's a frostfree prolinePc213c. Does anyone know what the cause could be and if it would be possible to order a spare part, as they are both in their 80's and don't have much money and prob couldn't afford a call out. Thanks

it may have something to do with the room temperature.freezers wont operate below a certain temp.
