How To Select Only Words In Capital Letters In A Document

I want to make a document with 'just' the headers i have for each paragraph in my manuscript.

they are all written in capital letter

When the document was smaller i could just delete the paragraphs - but as i gets longer, it becomes time consuming

Does anyone know if there is a way to delete all lowercase words in a document and just leave anything written in all capitals?

is it available in only certain types of software? or is there a trick or add-on for it?

I am using Libre office at the moment, but have various other software available but any ideas at all would be great

thanks :)

I'm unaware of any way of doing what you're trying to achieve.

However, instead of deleting all the paragraphs you don't want, it might be simpler to just extract the headers:

Hold the Ctrl key down while dragging your cursor over the first header. Keep it held down while you drag over the second header, etc, etc. Then right-click and select 'Copy. Go to a blank document, right-click and select 'Paste' then add in any spaces or line feeds you need between each header.
Is it possible to define a "style" for the headings and then generate a table of contents using the text that has the style applied (thats how its done in InDesign)

Thanks all|!
buen, Your way is actually only a bit quicker than deleting the paragraph, so it will still take ages, but it IS still quicker and i hadnt thought of it, so i will try that, thanks!

Tuvok,
im looking into InDesign but I can see doc 'styles' is something i need to learn how to use regardless, i didnt know anything about it.
But ive been looking at that webpage for ages, and i just cant see how to do it :/ - to just select all the words that are all in capital letters and copy them to a new document.
do you know how to use libre styles?
Can you explain in simple terms, or direct me to the particular bit in those instructions i need to focus on please?
i'm getting confused with it,
thanks :)
